The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in a breeze. The location was great, with easy access to the city's most interesting spots. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hot water in the bathroom was plentiful.
the prices at the restaurant were exorbitant for what was on offer.

I spent Christmas time at a hotel in a lovely central area recently. the staff were super friendly and welcoming. the hotel's location was great being only a short walk from shops, restaurants and historic sights. the room was clean and comfortable with cozy linens and a clean bathroom. I appreciated the delicious complimentary water bottles and the lovely sweets they left in the room.
Although I had a great time, I did struggle with the Wifi connection which had a tendency to drop regularly. It would have been annoying if I had needed to work or communicate with others on a regular basis.

The hotel is located near the center of town, which is convenient for exploring the area. the staff were friendly and helpful during check-in. the bathroom was fairly clean, and there was enough hot water for a shower.
The wifi connection was really poor, which made it difficult to get any work done in my room.
